• Lead the development, design, and deployment of our cutting-edge AI agents, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with our dedicated founding team to shape the future roadmap of our platform, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting best practices and setting coding standards to maintain high-quality code.
• Ensure seamless integration of our AI agents into our enterprise customers' VPCs, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
• Tackle the complexities of AI-driven codebase maintenance head-on, devising innovative and practical solutions to optimize performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python, React, and Next.js, with a demonstrated ability to leverage these technologies effectively in AI development.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and AI models, showcasing a strong understanding of AI principles and methodologies.
• Proven track record in AI agent development, with tangible achievements in building and deploying successful AI solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a willingness to tackle complex challenges with determination and creativity.

• Bay Area residence with the ability to commit to in-office collaboration two days a week, ensuring effective team communication and synergy.
