We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Engineer to join our team full-time as employee #3. You will collaborate closely with our founders.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop core product features on both the frontend and backend of our product.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to conceptualize and implement new features.
- Maintain and improve our codebase for optimal performance.
- Conduct code reviews and perform debugging tasks.
Skills
- Proven track record with significant experience in full-stack developer roles, preferably as a Senior Software Engineer.
- Comprehensive knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript and front-end frameworks like Vue.js/React and server-side development using Node.js.
- Proficient in working with diverse database technologies, with a preference for candidates with excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Experienced in operating software in a scalable manner (eg. using Kubernetes).
- Plus: Experienced in building, operating, and optimizing DevOps pipelines in a production environment.
- Plus: A background in Machine / Deep Learning or prior experience in working with Large Language or Multimodal Models.
- Fluent in both English and German, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
