Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the analysis, design, and implementation of innovative functionalities across both front-end and back-end systems. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and collaborating within a cross-functional team, you'll actively contribute to agile project management processes, including daily standups and weekly planning sessions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately estimate the scope of new features.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis to inform solution design.
- Develop robust technical solutions, seeking approval as needed.
- Oversee timely implementation across front-end and back-end technologies, navigating associated challenges.
- Evaluate, research, and troubleshoot software bugs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Background:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role, utilizing technologies such as Java 8 or newer, C++, C#, Golang, Rust, Zig, Carbon, JavaScript/NodeJS, MongoDB, Git, and Maven.
- Proficiency in defining system architectures, executing implementations, managing integrations, ensuring security measures, and overseeing deployments.
- Experience with automation tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
