About The Role:
As a React Native Engineer reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll oversee our product end-to-end, collaborating with the Leadership Team to strategize and execute our product roadmap. Working alongside a Designer and two other Full-Stack Engineers, your responsibilities encompass coding, database design, product prioritization, cycle planning, design brainstorming, and customer interviews.
Your primary goal is to optimize the customer and employee experience from a technological standpoint. We're seeking a rising star proficient in React Native and mobile development who can foster a data-driven culture throughout the company. If you're eager to exceed expectations and passionate about our mission to empower students, we want you on our team!
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of programming experience.
- 3+ years of React Native experience.
- Experience with REST APIs and micro-services.
- Proficiency in unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Outcomes:
- Redesign the mobile app and implement weekly improvements.
- Develop a Racer app for real-time tracking of customers.
- Deliver production-ready interactions at the speed of our designer.
