You should be passionate about delivering powerful functionality and top-notch user experience while closely collaborating with end customers.
You should feel equally at ease debugging a niche React rendering bug as you are building a complex, interactive UI component from scratch. With an eye for detail, you understand that speed of execution is paramount to success in a startup environment.
