About The Role
We're seeking early engineers to join our agile team and collaborate closely with the founders to shape our initial product. As an integral part of our team, you'll have a significant voice in decision-making and be empowered to drive initiatives as if you were a founder yourself.
What You Will Do
- Engage closely with users to understand their development needs and guide our product roadmap accordingly.
- Prototype and develop solutions from concept to final product, addressing complex challenges faced by our users.
- Collaborate with founders to gather requirements through detailed technical discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Identify and explore new product development areas based on strategic insights into user landscapes.
- Take ownership of product segments and drive initiatives to enhance their functionality.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience shipping full-stack products, whether in professional roles or personal projects.
- Comfort working in low-structure environments and tackling unfamiliar challenges.
- Passion for building engineering tools and solving problems for fellow engineers.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and users.
- Previous experience building internal engineering tools is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
