However, for highly regulated sectors like healthcare, leveraging customer data while complying with patient privacy laws presents a challenge. Our company addresses this challenge by providing a data governance layer that ensures HIPAA compliance for current web analytics tools, enabling healthcare marketers to promote access to care while safeguarding patient privacy.

Our offerings include:

1. Privacy Platform: Automates HIPAA compliance for healthcare providers' websites and apps, ensuring the safeguarding of first-party customer data across their tech stack.
2. Data Activation Platform: Simplifies the activation of customer data using preferred analytics, data, and marketing tools.

While we are fully remote, we gather the team 2-4 times per year for offsites. Backed by leading investors like Y Combinator and Intel Capital, our team comprises web analytics veterans committed to enabling healthcare companies to collect, safeguard, and activate patient data compliantly.

Role Overview:

As part of our team, you will contribute to advancing drug discovery technologies by shaping systems design decisions around our drug discovery platform, Proton. Key responsibilities include technical leadership, execution, mentorship, and collaboration to enhance our engineering culture and best practices.

Projects You May Lead:

1. Innovative Drug Discovery Projects: Collaborate with scientists and ML experts to address challenges in expanding molecular search capabilities and designing automated AI-driven workflows for medicinal chemists.
2. Engineering Excellence Initiatives: Drive projects focused on enhancing our engineering framework, including improving CI/CD processes and implementing monitoring solutions for real-time insights.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Fast learner with problem-solving skills and high empathy.
• Proficient in understanding and reasoning about complex systems.

Compensation Range: $130K - $210K.
