About The Role
We're seeking experienced, problem-solving engineers across various stacks (Product, Full-Stack, Backend, Applied AI/LLM) to drive the development of new products and enhance existing ones. Our success hinges on our ability to iterate rapidly on products while ensuring their performance and reliability. You'll collaborate in a highly iterative, fast-paced environment to deliver our technology to thousands of users with finesse and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop the development and production platforms underpinning our new products, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and security.
- Lead the development of new user-facing generative AI features and product experiences from conception to execution.
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, product managers, and designers to introduce new features and research capabilities.
- Enhance engineering productivity by providing excellent tooling and systems for your fellow engineers.
- Cultivate a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture that fosters radical candor and challenges groupthink.
- Assume responsibility for the reliability of the systems you build, participating in an on-call rotation to address critical incidents as necessary.
You Might Thrive In This Role, If You
- Have 5+ years of engineering experience in product-driven environments.
- Possess proficiency in TypeScript/React (frontend) and Python (backend), along with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Feel comfortable taking ownership in an ambitious, fast-paced startup environment.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in designing, building, and scaling production systems to meet growing demand.
- Prioritize outstanding user experiences and take pride in developing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay abreast of advancements in AI and LLM technology, displaying excitement for rapidly evolving changes in the field.
- Exhibit humility, collaboration, and a willingness to support colleagues to ensure team success.
- Proactively tackle challenges from inception to resolution, learning new skills as needed.
- Have experience in startup environments, either as a founder or an early-stage engineer (bonus points, not required).
- Are familiar with healthcare, EHR, HIPAA & other healthcare regulatory structures (bonus points, not required).
