The ideal candidate will be proficient in producing high-quality real-time architectural visualizations using Unreal Engine. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to produce high-quality real-time architectural visualizations using Unreal Engine.
• Craft and refine 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting to achieve lifelike and aesthetically pleasing results.
• Create and implement interactive features and walkthroughs for clients and stakeholders to explore and experience the spaces in real-time.
• Partner with the team to integrate the visualizations into VR/AR applications and other presentation platforms.
• Continually research and explore new techniques, tools, and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of our work.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the progress and vision of the visualizations.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high levels of attention to detail and quality.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Unreal Artist, with a focus on architectural visualization.
• Advanced skills in Unreal Engine, including Blueprints, materials, lighting, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and texturing software, such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and ability to interpret architectural drawings and plans.
• Exceptional artistic and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition, color, and lighting.
• Previous experience with VR/AR applications and platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
